Thanks to its patented design with specialized cutouts for the breasts, stomach, and face, this cushion allows pregnant guests to lie partially face-down — a position that most maternity pillows can’t accommodate. The cushion features generous recesses that gently cradle and support the body, including ~7-inch diameter recesses for each breast and a tapered 15” × 17” stomach recess designed to support the belly without compression.
