A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The credit card provided will be authorized prior to arrival for the full amount of your stay, including taxes and applicable fees.

Cancel by 4:00 PM local hotel time the day prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night cancellation penalty.

Early Check-Out Charge – Terms & Conditions Definition An early check-out occurs when a registered guest departs the hotel prior to the originally confirmed departure date provided at the time of booking or check-in. Policy Overview To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, guests who depart early may be subject to an Early Check-Out Charge. This fee helps offset potential lost revenue and administrative costs incurred due to the change in stay dates. Notification Requirements Guests must notify the Front Desk of any change to their departure date as soon as possible. To avoid early check-out charges, the Front Desk must be informed by 4:00 PM the day prior to the new departure date. Changes made after check-in are subject to availability and applicable rate adjustments. Charge Amount Unless otherwise stated in the booking terms, the Early Check-Out Charge will equal one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes and fees, based on the originally confirmed departure date. If the rate plan booked included a minimum-stay requirement, the full balance of the original reservation may be charged. Exemptions The fee may be waived at the hotel’s discretion for extenuating circumstances (e.g., verified medical emergencies, airline cancellations, or events beyond the guest’s control). Documentation may be required. Third-Party & Group Bookings Reservations made via third-party channels (e.g., online travel agencies) or as part of a group block will be subject to the early departure policies outlined in the corresponding contract or booking terms, which may differ from the hotel’s standard policy. Acknowledgement By confirming your reservation and checking in to the hotel, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

PET POLICY

We welcome up to 2 pets per room, with a maximum weight of 75 lbs each. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per stay (plus tax) will be applied for stay lengths 1 to 4, $75 per stay (plus tax) for 5 or more nights. Additional cleaning or damage fees may be charged if extra cleaning or repairs are required after departure.

APPOINTMENTS

We encourage you to book your spa and salon appointments in advance. Walk-in and same day appointments are subject to availability. All treatments and services are secured with a valid credit card at the time of your reservation.

CANCELLATION

Because your Spa appointment represents your therapist’s commitment of time and care just for you, we kindly require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Group reservations and private parties require a 2-week notice. Should you need to cancel within the 24-hour time frame, you will be charged the full service cost.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure your full treatment time. Arriving early will allow you to unwind in our relaxation room prior to treatment. A luxurious spa robe and sandals are provided upon check-in to enjoy while relaxing and completing your intake form. To ensure all guests receive their full treatment, late arrivals cannot be guaranteed an extension of treatment time. Late arrivals will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time; full treatment costs apply.

GRATUITY

Gratuities are not automatically included in the cost of your service at the discretion of our guests, you may add gratuity for your service provider upon checkout.

AGE LIMITATIONS

Our spa is a great place to get a little alone time. Our spa facilities, massage and body treatments are limited to ages 18 and over. A teen facial is offered for guests 15-17 years of age. Salon services are available for well-behaved youth of all ages when accompanied by an adult.
