SHINRIN YOKU
At The Woodcliff Hotel & Spa, we are delighted to introduce the deeply restorative practice of Shinrin Yoku, or “forest immersion.” Beginning Wednesday, October 8th at 5:30 PM, join us each week through the end of January for a serene, guided experience designed to nurture balance, relaxation, and renewal.
Rooted in Japanese tradition, Shinrin Yoku invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and awaken your senses to the healing atmosphere of the forest. Unlike hiking for exercise, this practice is about presence—allowing the stillness of nature, the scent of the trees, and the gentle sounds of the earth to calm the mind and restore the body.
